RESERVATION POLICY

RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION
Reservations are accepted exclusively via the online reservation form available at [www.lupopasta.com](http://www.lupopasta.com), through the mojstolik.pl website or app.
A reservation is considered accepted only upon receiving an SMS with reservation details.
Submitting a reservation request does not constitute confirmation of a table booking.
RESERVATION TIME
Standard reservation duration is 90 minutes until 16:00, and 120 minutes (2 hours) after 16:00. If you wish to modify or extend your reservation time, please inform us in the reservation notes or email us at: [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]). Such changes require restaurant approval.
We hold reservations for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time. After this time, we do not guarantee the availability of another table. For larger groups, reservation time is arranged individually.
GROUP RESERVATIONS
Reservations for more than 7 guests are accepted via the email form available on our website [www.lupopasta.com](http://www.lupopasta.com) (section: more than 7 guests) or by emailing [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]).
A reservation is confirmed only upon receiving an email confirmation. Submitting a reservation request does not constitute confirmation of a table booking.
For larger groups, we recommend a set menu, arranged in advance, typically including a selection of starters placed on the table, 3–4 main courses to choose from, and 2–3 desserts. This offer helps estimate the budget for the event, and on site guests receive a printed menu from which they can order. This significantly improves and speeds up service for larger groups.
PREPAYMENTS
For groups of 8 or more, a reservation fee (deposit) of 50 PLN gross per person is required. This fee is treated as a deposit within the meaning of Article 394 of the Polish Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1610, as amended) (“Reservation Fee”). The fee is fully redeemable in the restaurant on the day of the reservation, and the final bill is reduced accordingly. Prepayments are accepted via bank transfer after prior email contact and reservation confirmation. If the final bill is lower than 50 PLN gross per person, the restaurant retains the unused portion of the Reservation Fee. The Reservation Fee must be paid at least 12 hours before the reservation time. Payment can be made via bank transfer to the previously provided bank account number. Reservations may be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the confirmed time via the MojStolik app, the link in the confirmation SMS, or by email at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]). In such cases, the Reservation Fee is refunded within 7 business days to the guest’s designated bank account. The restaurant is also obliged to refund the Reservation Fee in full if the reservation cannot be fulfilled due to the restaurant’s fault.
RESERVATION HOURS
We accept reservations from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 – 22:00, and on Sundays from 09:00 – 21:00. Ordering food on-site is possible daily up to one hour before closing (Monday–Saturday until 23:00, Sunday until 22:00).
COMPLAINTS
Complaints regarding reservations are accepted only on-site at the restaurant, no later than 3 days after the reservation date. It is required to describe precisely what was inconsistent with the agreement. A reservation confirmation and any supporting photos/evidence must be attached. Complaints are reviewed individually after analysis of the circumstances.
The restaurant reserves the right to refuse a complaint if it is not possible to confirm fault on the restaurant’s side. The decision regarding the complaint is communicated to the guest within two weeks from the date of the incident. If the complaint is upheld, the restaurant may propose its own form of compensation or refund the deposit, if applicable.
PETS
At Lupo Pasta Fresca, all four-legged guests are welcome. Responsibility for any pet brought into the restaurant remains with its owner.
