Calamarata x Lupo
24–26.10.2025 Breakfast Residency
Giorgia Cappellotto, known online as @calamarata, joined the culinary residency series at LUPO Pasta Fresca – an Italian from Milan who combines experience from the fashion world with an interest in a healthy lifestyle and comfort food. Although she was connected to the fashion industry for years, today she reinterprets the Italian breakfast through food, giving it a new, contemporary dimension.
ITALIAN BREAKFAST, REIMAGINED
Giorgia’s project shows that breakfast in the Italian style can be more than a quick coffee and a sweet snack. Her proposals are nourishing, seasonal, and visually refined, while remaining rooted in the simplicity and comfort of everyday cuisine.
GRANOLA DI G
A special place in our menu was given to Giorgia’s signature granola – “Granola di G” in two versions: with coconut, almonds, and dark chocolate, and with dried figs, apricots, and hazelnuts, served with yogurt and fresh seasonal fruit.
CALAMARATA X LUPO RESIDENCY MENU
Alongside the granola, the menu also featured other signature breakfast proposals, where Giorgia combines Italian classics with a modern, healthy approach to food. These included warm oatmeal with chia, peanut butter, and seasonal fruit, a savoury maritozzo (Roman bun) with roasted pumpkin and ricotta, and crostata – a classic Italian fruit tart.
